Red Beans and Rice Parade in New Orleans Lundi Gras

Here are a few scenes of this fun event during New Orleans Mardi Gras. We will make this a regular part of our carnival schedule. It operated like a second line with many people joining into the walking parade. There were stops at Buffa's, Candlelight Lounge and other places. Most of the costumes were made with red beans and there was a guy offering repair services in route.
