Thanks so much for putting together a summary of highlights and features from Jane McConnell's research for those of us that haven't read the full report yet. Her research is incredibly valuable as more and more organizations embrace digital workplace ways of working. The inclusion of the digital scorecard sounds like a great feature (though I am curious what you think of the limitations of self-assessment there?). It will be interesting to see how this first scorecard compares to additional scorecards in years to come.

Thanks for your comment. Self-assessments should be used primarily as a personal benchmark to the assessed organization to decide on next steps. I think they are a bit limited for generalized results across other organizations. Having said that they are still useful if we just be careful about what they are.
