Fifteen Great Gumbos

Here are fifteen gumbos that I have enjoyed. They are mostly from Louisiana, the home of gumbo. But there are few from elsewhere such as Highland Creole Cusine, a Haitian restaurant in Somerville, MA, Summer Shack in Cambridge, MA, and Georgia Brown's in Washington DC.
