I am honored to be invited to serve as a guest commenter on the ConocoPhillips story and offer a broader perspective on knowledge sharing, I was very pleased to do this as I heard Dan at the Forrester’s Content & Collaboration Forum last September and had a chance to talk with him at a break. See my post - Creating Global Knowledge Sharing Networks at ConocoPhillips.
In addition, Ashela Webb will discuss the new Collaboration Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK), a single, comprehensive body of knowledge that documents the tools, processes and best practices to be employed by the Collaboration and Community Manager and the management team.
It should be interesting and is free. You can register at this IBF site.
