This blog continues to share ideas and hopes to generate discussion on social business, knowledge management, and emerging technologies. It also increasingly covers my home, New Orleans, my painting, and travels.
It is now the season of eating so I am featuring a three part series of 30 of my favorite breakfast, lunches, and dinners. They wre served in three continents.

They look delicious...will you identify them in a future post or did I miss something? It looks like some of then come from Louisiana.

Thanks Paul - NOLA representatives include crayfish as at place on the West End that was blown away by Katrina, fried chicken at Willie Mae's Scotch House, gumbo at Patois, oysters and shrimp poboy at Felix's. Of course there are many other great NOLA lunches, these were just the ones I had pictures of. Hope to collect more soon.
