Hi - I must admit LOL when I read this typo or misstatement --

"...first version of Hello, the collaboration platform, covered the exchange and archiving of tacit knowledge."

You mean 'explicit knowledge.'

Tacit knowledge, absolutely by definition, is impossible to codify, record or transmit. No exceptions.

Still grinning broadly, since I know, explicitly, that KM and Portals knows better, a lot better!
