The Fall Enterprise Search
Summit has moved to Washington DC on November 16 – 18 along with KM World. It
will be at the Renaissance Washington,
DC Hotel. I enjoyed last year’s joint session
and wrote a bit about it (see for example My Enterprise Search Summit Notes: The Role of Social Techniques in
Search and How It Impacts Your Organization).
My Darwin colleague Thierry
Hubert and I also enjoyed the May 11 - 12 Enterprise Search Summit held in New
York. We presented on presented a session, Deriving Order From Chaos Through Discovery and
Awareness. Here is
a series of posts that covered some of the points we made in the session (Rising Above the Over Quantification of Content). Here also is a summary of my Enterprise Search
Summit 2010 notes on other sessions I attended.
I hope to attend the
combined Enterprise Search Summit and KM World in DC and hope to se you there. Registration is open at their site.
