This pilot project is a great example of how the tools represent solutions and not just cool tools. Overcoming the obstacles presented by Sharepoint is one way to make Sharepoint really useful for a group's collaboration efforts. I will also be interested over time how these efforts thrive. Thanks Bill for sharing the various adoption strategies that was used. What I found useful is to have a framework for dealing with adoption and engagement issues, for every KM initiatives.
