Useful report for companies who decide to implement a wiki

Great to hear success stories about Enterprise Wikis - too many organizations fail to implement them because they don't understand that Wikis are great for SOME things, not ALL things that are KM related.

I think one of the major reasons for their success was this:
"People assumed responsibility for their areas of expertise"

I believe trusting and empowering their employees to make intelligent contributions to the firm is an act of faith that is self-fulfilling.
