I'm talking to Dan and Carl about doing a deep dive on the Council members. I've done some very light surveying of a small sample of our members, but our results also do not jibe with AIIM's. Our survey council members weighed in much more heavily from lines of business rather than IT. In fact, 64% were non-IT coming from HR, Marketing, Knowledge Management, Innovation centers, etc.

As always, good stuff, Bill.

Susan - I think this IT focus relfects a different audience mix as I noted in my post. Your council is probably more like the audience in Toby's study. However, this is my intuition. I would be interested to know what the actual make up is. THanks fo your comment and look forward to hearing what you find. Bill
