Hi Bill,

We were happy to see that the results of this quick survey confirmed a lot of the other reports we've seen so far, too.

As you know, these collaboration platforms are a bit like email. Everyone needs to be using them in order for them to work. It shouldn't be too surprising that the executives felt like the value bottleneck was in point solutions which were not being broadly used.

The real value will come once business have moved to a widely used collaboration platform so that they can finally start looking at a whole new set of social productivity metrics. Imagine, finally having visibility to what's going on vs looking at a word processor and email and hoping someone is doing something about your agenda.
