Hi --

Emergence isn't a 'problem' for Enterprise 2.0, it is an absolute requirement!

Caution: 'middle ground' is often a code word for 'command and control.'

A mental model and discipline -is- needed. For IT, for example, the most widely used and popular is the ITIL v3.0 value networks.
