I have written about the video blog site, Cooking up a Story, before. Their video stories on food are accompanied with new recipes, links to additional information, and supporting video pieces. New episodes air on Tuesday. There are some nice shorter pieces that often accompany the main story. Leftovers, is something left out of the main show, but they feel deserves to be seen. Food4thot, is an assortment of very short individual observations, thoughts, or expressions about food in general. They also have a related How2 segment. A recent show was on the Art of Food Photography. I am always taking pictures of food on trips so this was very interesting for me.
Now they have a new section on food news covering the science, politics, and culture relating to food. Here they find good stuff that others are doing like, Francois Audouze Opens Ancient Wines. They also have some more of their own work like, Climate Change & Global Warming: An Interview with Philip Mote. They recenlty added a post of mine on Restaurant Reviews: Why I Blog Them. This gave me a chance to update some thoughts on the subject of my restaurant reviews.
A great site gets even better and I was very happy to be part of it.
