This is new tools week. I learned at a recent Berkman Blog group meeting that John Coryat has used a US ZIP code database to reverse geocode the continental United States along with Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Check out his reverse geocoder site. If you click on a location on his version of a Google Map it gives you the longitude and latitude. I was reported in the Googe Map API Blog.
This is just another cool tool that emerging from the open APLs that Google provides. It seems to be the biggest source of mashups. I zoomed in and found the longitude and latitude for my home. Have fun.
