As Rohit Bhargav reports, for the Intel Centrino Duo Blogger Challenge, Intel gathered the following six bloggers together to share their views on blogs, blogging and the world:
The City Blogger - Jen Chung from The Gothamist
The Gadget Blogger - Mia Kim from Popgadget
The Video Blogger - Bre Pettis from Make Magazine
The Mommy Blogger - Mindy Roberts from The Mommy Blogger
The Tech Blogger - Paul Stamatiou from Paul Stamatiou
The Food Blogger - Pim Techamuanvivit from Chezpim
This goes for five weeks and each week the panel is asked a new question. I think this is a creative idea to gain attention to blogging through the Intel device. The first question was: “Why do you blog and what is one thing you have accomplished through blogging that you are most proud of?“
And the second week was “What advice would you give to others considering starting a blog, and to bloggers who want to make the most out of their blogs?”
You can find their answers at the Intel Centrino Duo Blogger Challenge site.
When we put together Business Blogs: A Practical Guide we asked 70 prominent bloggers the following questions:
1. Why and when did you start blogging?
2. Has it meet your original objectives? How?
3. Have your objectives evolved? Do they continue to be met?
4. What have been the biggest challenges you have faced?
5. How did you overcome them?
6. What is your major source of content?
7. Why would someone want to read your blog?
8. How do you benefit from reading other blogs?
9. What are your favorite blogs? Why?
10. What advice to have for others considering a business blog?
The answers are in our book, Business Blogs: A Practical Guide.
