The one universal almost foolproof recipe for ratatouille (Provençal vegetable stew) - Here is the definitive way to cook ratatouille from my friend Howard Dinin who has the blog, Perdiem. I would like to suggest an addition to your 'European Food Sites: Part Two - France' page:
http://billives.typepad.com/portals_and_km/2006/08/european_food_s_2.html
My suggestion is:
http://www.france-property-and-information.com/easy-french-food-recipes.htm
This location provides:
- French recipes
- History/culture behind the recipes
- History and culture of French food generally
Best regards,
Doug
