Eat dangerously - dedicated to cream, butter, truffles and all foods decadent or gourmet. Creator’s have a sense of humor; own recipes are in sections with titles like “Luxury” and Indulgence;” also a section of 100+ antique recipes from cookbooks whose copyrights have expired.

The one universal almost foolproof recipe for ratatouille (Provençal vegetable stew) - Here is the definitive way to cook ratatouille from my friend Howard Dinin who has the blog, Perdiem. It includes a lot on France and when he writes about food, listen as I have tasted Howard's cooking several times.
