Hi Bill,
I can't find a follow up to this post. How has your experience been with blogburst, if you don't mind me asking?

bill Ives

Paul Thanks for asking. I have not really had much expereince. There was a report of some syndication activity but no revenue. They seem to only provide revenue to the very top bloggers. There is also the BlogBurst top 100 which I am not in nor did I expect to be in. I see no negative aspects. I have gotten some revenue from Newstex and, of course Google Ads. What has been your experience? Bill

Hey, ran across this post looking for blog syndication sites. Looks like it's been a while since you've been signed up to this service.

Personally, I'm not really interested in the potential money, however... I'd like to know if you've received any traffic?

bill Ives

Mr Stitch - I have not really had any way to tell if I get increased traffic from this source. I guess if I spent time looking at my Typepad referrals, I might see something. It was quick and no cost and now I get the newletters. No revenue so far either. Sorry to not be more defintive. Bill

No problem... Have you tried Google Analytics?

I'm not sure if that can track visitors in regards to rss feeds... but it'd be worth a shot.

Gunna go ask around at some of the other sites I frequent, and see what they say.

BTW - Thanks for replying so quick. I really wasn't expecting anything till next week.... if at all. hahahaha

Google analytics requires the advance form of typepad and a knowledge of html for typepad users - other wise I would try it. The typepad stats are farily good and there is also site meter and the feedburner stats.
