Kathleen Gilroy of the Otter Group, and my co-author of Preparing for Intranet 2.0, recently posted some interesting observations in, What Bill French has to say about Intranet 2.0. Bill told Kathleen that his customers tend to extremely “focused on their brand in concert with their public-facingweblog content. This is a new trend because it signals a shift in the adoption of Web 2.0 concepts by larger companies.” He also said their fastest growing customer segement is real estate.
