Pete Townsend, 60 year old British rocker of The Who. has a blog, The Boy Who Heard Music, where he is publishing his novella by the same name in 23 installments. Under his current picture he writes, “What is well known is that I'm a rock star. You are not worthy etc. In fact you are worthy. And so am I. We deserve each other.” The complete profile contains more such as his favorit emusic: Joni Mitchell Travelogue, Neil Young Harvest, Yo Yo Ma (Best of), Marvin Gaye Ain't That Peculiar, and anything by Flaming Lips or Wilco.
A quick skim of a few chapters of the novella reads like something a rock star might write but he has a good day job. You can get a downloadable PDF of the book also if you look hard enough.
