I am slowly teaching small businesses that a blog can be their best friend. It is a HUGE way to get all that GREAT "in the field" knowledge out of the president's head and into the customer and more importantly the prospects hands. Small businesses suffer when they don't have to time to say "I am UNIQUE" and here is why.
