Discussing CKN at the KM Cluster in NYC, June 25

Adriaan Jooste and I will be discussing Peter Gloor’s work with CKN as part of our discussion on leadership and knowledge management at the NYC KM Cluster this Friday June 25. Details on our discussion can be found in a prior post so I won’t repeat them here. I plan to discuss how CKN could have helped with each of the cases we present and show how the patterns that CKN reveals are consistent with the best practice cases we cover.
