This blog offers some of my art and photography. Most items are for sale. It also provides occasional reviews of art events, comments on art and photography on the web, and other related stuff I find to share.
These pictures were taken in August 2008 at sunset from the top of Snow King, a small ski hill in the town. We came down in the dark with headlights. The view was worth it.
These were taken the day after parts one and two when the weather significantly changed. The third and fourth from the start show mountain sheep huddle din the storm much closer than they were the day before. The second from the end shows aline in the middle, you can barely see it, but that is hundreds of elk in their winter pasture.
These were taken in the Grand Teton National Park on January 27. I was attempting a hike into the park but turned back because the trial was getting wiped out. The third picture from th eleft shows the road conditions. If the poles were not on the sides you would not be able to see the road.
These were taken in late January 2008. The photo on the far bottom right has mountain sheep grazingon a hill side. The one next to it on the left has a grey wolf sitting on a rock. He or she is hard to see but the wolf is perched on a rock in the center of the picture about a hlf mile from the sheep.
I am back after several trips which will be the focus on the next series of posts. These were taken on a mild January day with changing light at Cache Creek in Jackson, Wyoming.
