    I'll bet it will take you months before you've finished your first round of sampling the extraordinary food in NOLA. The dishes you show are widely varied, imaginative. Some of them are not my taste but that's the beauty of restaurants that aren't afraid to take chances and know that their audience is culinarily adventurous! Nice goin', thanks.
