Painting: Blue Cloth Resting on a Brown Table

I have been doing a series of micro-landscapes where I focus in on a detail in a folded cloth. In this case i backed off so you can see the entire cloth resting on the table.

Photos of Cheese, Onions, and Bok Choy

After I saw a great exhibit of Spanish still life paintings at the Boston MFA, I went out and picked up some cheese that looked like what I saw at the exhibit and some vegetables as possible painting subjects. I am still considering as I like the way the light changes to image of the cheese, among other things.
