I put in a blue background to make the dogs stand out more in this 18" x 24" acrylic painting. Here is how it was before with off white background.

That's too much blue for me, Bill. A happy medium between the two colors with vague scumbling leading the eye to the dogs is my thought.

Thanks for your comment. I was thinking about toning it down a bit myself. However, the photo is much bluer than the actual painting. I am comparing the two agin as i write this
