Sorry for my recent absence, but I've had company down from Canada (& still do, actually.)
This is a very interesting photo. Certainly doesn't make me want the beef, however...considering how long it seems to have been sitting there! *LOL*
Congrats on the increase in your business, at any rate. That's good news. Hope you find more time for the artistic side of things again soon. :)
