This blog offers some of my art and photography. Most items are for sale. It also provides occasional reviews of art events, comments on art and photography on the web, and other related stuff I find to share.
These pictures were taken in twilight in early December in the Boston area during the first significant snow fall of the season.

There's something about that first snow that's always been magical for me. The powdery coat on every limb and branch has always offered memories of safety, comfort and, oddly enough, even warmth. Walking in it as the flakes fall, like a blanket of quiet, is another thing that always hits me right in the middle.
Mick - I spent a number of snowy winters in Syracuse in the early 60s after growing up in New Orleans. It was a dramatic introduction to snow. Thanks, Bill
