This blog offers some of my art and photography. Most items are for sale. It also provides occasional reviews of art events, comments on art and photography on the web, and other related stuff I find to share.
Here are pictures from my first post Katrina visit to New Orleans, April 2006. The image on the far right is the cemetery that we used to play in during the 50s in my Uptown neighborhood.

On my trip to The Adirondacks the other day, I spotted an old, old graveyard along a stretch of road I've traveled dozens of times before but had never noticed. I suspect that it was completely overgrown and only recently cleared. Anyway, I like your graveyard photograph, there's something about them that I've always enjoyed and have many more of my own photographs taken in them.
The graves in New Orleans are mostly above ground becauss of the low water line. That is for those who can afford them. So our neighborhood grave yard was like a little city. As children we played fantasy games there of all kinds, mostly reenacting WW2, where our fathers had served. Mick thanks for your comment. Bill
