Enterprise 2.0 2008 Conference Notes from Fast Forward
This past week I attended two days of the Enterprise 2.0 conference in Boston and posted my notes on the FastForward blog. If you are interested in what I wrote, here are links to my notes. I have found it very useful to blog about sessions that interest me as a means to keep track.
The Cloud According to Google at Enterprise 2.0
Enterprise 2.0 Conference Notes – Pete Fields of Wachovia on What Impresses Senior Executives on Enterprise 2.0 and what Doesn’t Make Much Impact.
Enterprise 2.0 Conference Notes: Simon Revell on the Origins of Enterprise 2.0 at Pfizer
Enterprise 2.0 Conference Notes: Reality Check with Andrew McAfee
Enterprise 2.0 Conference Notes: Three Approaches to Social Computing Platforms
I was also involved in a session on the business impact of blogging with with four others including, my fellow App Gap blogger, Patti Anklam. She wrote about our session on her blog, Blog Panel: The Comments Generated the Content. We filled the room with over 160 people and most participated. I thought the conference was one of the better ones I have attended. One of the conference advisory board said that attendance was double last year and last year it was double the year before. This is a nice validation of the space.
On the left is a picture of the panel led by Andrew McAfee. On the right you can see me talking to Luis Suarez at the conference. We have known each other for years throuhg our blogs but this was the first time we met in person. George Dearing took the picture.
