Four Groups – A New Business Blog
Bruce Lewin at Four Groups has recently started a business blog. As their sites says, “Four Groups provides Human Capital Management, based around a tool called 4G. 4G offers a view of people and organisations in a social context, allows relationships to be understood and predicted, cultures to be analysed and provides interventions that take place on an individual, team and cultural basis.” The blog
Their blog is meant to provide a place for more informal discussions around people in the workplace and understanding the nature of relationships in the workplace. It is great to see more businesses adding a blog to their web site and beginning these informal conversations with whoever wants to participate. They appear to be off to a good start.
