Easy Bake Web Log – Andy Wibbels
Thanks to Anne Stanton for pointing me to Andy Wibbels, a blogging evangelist and trainer for entrepreneurs, who writes the Easy Bake Weblog. It starts with definition of web logs. The posts are generally short but link to interesting stuff so it is a good news source. Some recent posts include the following:
Small Business Book Review – a blog that reviews books relevant to small businesses. It holds teleclasses on featured books. The October book is Michael Gerber’s “The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It.”
Blogging overview by Kalsey Consulting offers an introduction through powerpoint.
Selling Your Blog – link to a story on what may be the first blog sold as a blog for added value - $15,000. Jeremy C. Wright sold Ensight, his blog about business and tech for $15,000. It seems to me that all you are selling is the links and current readers who will likely quickly abandon you if the content does not hold up.

All of my readers I've spoken to have said that as long as I stay me they'll keep reading. Really nothing has changed from a writing perspective, it's just that I don't get the profit from the ads. I keep full editorial control, which works well for me ;-)
Feel free to drop me a line if you have any more questions.
