Cambridge Art Association Summer Fair

I was very pleased when I dropped by the Cambridge Art Association Summer Fair yesterday to see two red dots next to my four works. Those sold include the drawing on the right in this post, Interiors - Beds - Two, and the one on the right in Interiors - Couches - One. I can make some more if you are interested. There are still two works left and the show is on at University Place in Cambridge until September 4. One is seen in Still Life with Apples Phase 2 and the other is seen in Mr. Dog. Hurry down.

Drawings of Paris 2006

These are 23" x 29" ink drawings on white paper done from photos of Paris. The one on the left depicts an open front bar in the 12th.  The one on the right shows people resting near a reflecting pool by the entrance to the Louvre. 

 

Mr. Dog

These are 23" x 29" black ink drawings on white paper. On the left is an Italian Greyhound slightly enlarged to the size of a Wippett for scale. On the right is the same dog, Bela, drawn his normal scale on a different couch.

   

Interiors - Beds: One

These are 23" x 29" black ink drawings on white paper. Still working on getting the photos correct as to color. The darwing on the left was exhibited in the Cambridge Art Association juried show, Blue. The show ran from November 2006 to January 2007.

There are 23" x 29" black ink drawings on white paper. I am working on taking better photos of these works. They reflect comfortable places in my home and in my friend's homes.

These ink drawings are 23" x 29."  I was trying to capture comfortable and familiar places in my home and at my friend's homes. I am still working on getting better photos of these works. They are black ink on white paper despite what the image shows.
